Everything was just "ok." The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. But, they advertise as having a hot breakfast. We checked in on a Saturday night. On Sunday, they did have scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles. However, during the week, they only had waffles. In the juice machine, they only had apple juice and water. Probably won't stay there again.
The staff was very nice and our room was clean. We enjoyed our time at the pool. We also liked the fact that the hotel is located next to a shopping center and a Dunkin Donuts which was very convenient.
Nice hotel, not far from Dover Downs Casino. Customer service was okay, kinda dry. Rooms clean but bed on a metal frame that made noises, but I slept well. Close to Food Lion and Dollar store. I would stay again.
Stayed 2 nights. Hotel was clean and updated. Offered a great Continental Breakfast spread every morning which was really nice. My room was clean and comfortable. My only issue is that I felt my room and the entire hotel was way too warm. I had to run my AC just to stay comfortable. Other than that, everything was great!
Because hotel was in a mini mall we had easy access to supermarket, coffee shops, pizzeria, pharmacy, etc. Hotel staff was courteous and room was clean. The heating/air conditioning system was a little noisy when it was automatically adjusting the temperature but that appears to be typical of most hotels/inns. Breakfast was good and there was a variety of items to choose from. Coffee was balanced but I would have preferred some flavored creamers instead of powdered creamer. Didn't get an opportunity to use the pool as it was raining. I picked this hotel so I could do laps in the pool but it was rather small and that's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.
I stayed here for 3 nights with my friend, while helping her move to the area from another state. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a great location, next to a Dunkin Donuts, Food Lion, UPS store and Everything Store. It felt very safe and my friend parked the U-Haul truck on the side of the building. The wide hallways and tall ceilings in the room gave it an elegant appeal that you might find in a higher end motel. The only downside was the furniture was dated and the television was small. There was a bit of dust in the bathroom ceiling vent, which we pointed out to management. I would definitely stay here again.
Clean, quiet, Lobby area can use some more updates! We had no issues. Best part?? No weed smell!
